In your job, how do you provide our community with your best medicine?
I provide my best medicine by making sure everything is clean and safe in the kitchen.
What is your favorite thing/or most rewarding about your job?
My favorite thing since I started working here is when I’m doing my job, I have no boss behind me telling me to do this and do that. I can work honestly to do what I’m doing and they don’t push me. If they want me to do something, they ask me nicely and kindly. They always tell us as group about things we should do, so it’s directed to everyone and not just one person. I enjoy working here and I feel good when I work like this.
Why do you choose to work at Christian Hospital?
I choose to work at Christian Hospital. It is a great place. When I first came, I didn’t know too many people and all the people I met would say hi to me, even if they didn’t know me and they always gave me a smiling face. I feel great about that. And since I started here to now, it has stayed the same and they still say hi and are friendly. Even the boss, too, is very kind and respectful. That is why I want to be part of Christian Hospital. I feel good working here.
