BJC Medical Group Welcomes Bessevelyn Tables, MD, New Family Medicine Physician

BJC Medical Group is pleased to welcome Bessevelyn Tables, MD, to BJC Medical Group Primary Care North County on September 1, 2019. Dr. Tables is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been in practice since 2011.

Dr. Tables received her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her internship and family medicine residency at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.

Patients can see Dr. Tables for general preventative healthcare. Her medical areas of interest include treatment of obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, and minor injuries and ailments. She also provides well-woman exams and STD testing. Dr. Tables is accepting new patients ages 13 and older.

“I believe that if I take the time to establish a good patient-physician relationship we can work as a team to implement a plan to achieve target health goals,” says Dr. Tables. “I have a passion for treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. It is a joy to treat multiple generations of families and watch them grow.”

Dr. Tables is a native of Mississippi. She moved to St. Louis in 2004 to attend medical school and
residency training. After which, she decided to establish her life in St. Louis. She is married and has two daughters. Dr. Tables enjoys spending time with her family and friends, jogging, gardening, and travelling.
