Lobby Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Marks Latest Christian Hospital 2020 Milestone

As part of Christian Hospital 2020 – the $60 million initiative introduced in 2017 that revolves around Revitalization, Community, People and Care – a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Nov. 1 with Christian Hospital and BJC leadership, employees, volunteers, community and civic leaders, and area residents to officially open the doors of Christian Hospital’s new $3.5 million lobby renovation and expansion. The new lobby includes an expansive reception area with a registration and information station; adjacent registration pods to ensure privacy; a lab draw room for convenience; and a large community room for multiple purposes.

The ceremony also marked completion of the hospital’s main tower $2.75 million enhancements with new upgraded windows, and new large Christian Hospital signage at the top of the main tower that also reflects changes happening at this north St. Louis County health care leader.
