Cath Lab and Pain Management Center Receive 5-Star Awards

Christian Hospital has been recognized with two Excellence in Healthcare Awards, based on data from patient surveys compiled by Professional Research Consultants (PRC), the national customer satisfaction surveyor used by BJC HealthCare and major health care facilities across the nation.  

5-Star Award for Cardiac Cath Lab (90th percentile nationwide)

5-Star Award for CH Pain Management Center Outpatient Services  (90th percentile nationwide)

BJC contracts with PRC to obtain feedback from patients on their experiences with BJC hospitals and health services. PRC conducts these surveys via confidential telephone surveys and uses the data to recognize participating hospitals with awards in categories ranging from individual inpatient units to outpatient departments to overall hospital experiences.

PRC noted that Christian Hospital’s focus on excellence is making it a better place to work, practice medicine and be treated.

Congratulations to our Cardiac Cath Lab and Pain Management Center! The awards were presented to Christian Hospital in May at PRC's national conference in Charleston, S.C.
