Unique Opportunity Missouri Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Tax Credits

Donors who support the Christian Hospital Foundation's Food Pharmacy Program, Medical Indigent Fund, or Mobile Integrated Health Program may be eligible for the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credit. This vital initiative provides healthy food to hospital patients diagnosed with congestive heart failure and/or diabetes, aiming to reduce the likelihood of hospital readmission and revisits within 30 days of discharge. Tax credits are based on eligibility and availability.

NAP tax credits are an incentive that help increase your generosity to Christian Hospital while reducing your tax liability. As with any donation, you can take a federal and state charitable tax deduction. In addition, NAP tax credits allow you to claim up to 50% of the donation as a credit on your Missouri state taxes.

Any person, firm, or corporation with business income in the State of Missouri can take full advantage of NAP Tax Credits. Those who are eligible include: Missouri business owners, owners, and operators of a Missouri farm, and those that receive income from royalties or rental property in Missouri. Additionally, corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals that operate a sole proprietorship, small business corporations (S-corps) and their partners, and limited liability companies (LLC’s) and their members are eligible.
